Women's Healthy Space

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded £5,000 from the Alma Community Chest Fund to support our Women's Healthy Space Project at Oasis Academy Hadley!

Our Healthy Space is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment where women can prioritise their self-care, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. This initiative is designed to help women take time for themselves, connect with others, and gain valuable tools to support their mental and physical health.

The programme offers a weekly yoga session and will feature a 2 feature two wellness events designed to empower women with the knowledge and tools to enhance their mental health. one at the beginning and one at the end of the project, focusing wellbeing classes, self-care workshops and signposting to other health and wellbeing services.

Yoga Sessions

Her calming sessions create a space for you to practice yoga in a serene environment. In addition to her yoga expertise, Steff empowers women to sleep better and live healthier lives.

Steff is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Breathing Practitioner and Executive Coach, empowering women to sleep better and live healthier lives.

Each class concludes with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath guided by Angela, a Qualified Wellbeing Specialist. The soothing vibrations and harmonious tones of the Sound Bath are designed to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. It’s the perfect way to end your week on a tranquil note.
