In October 2024, we were featured by our esteemed funders, Phoenix Way, in their monthly newsletter. This recognition not only celebrated the milestones we’ve achieved but also highlighted the incredible impact our work has had on the community. The spotlight in Phoenix Way's newsletter further underscores the importance of collaboration and the power of partnerships in driving meaningful, lasting impact. We are deeply grateful to Phoenix Way for their belief in our mission and for amplifying our work to a wider audience.

Awards
In July 2025, for the second consecutive year, we were deeply honoured to be recognised at the Sparks Award Ceremony, held at Oasis Academy School. The evening was a celebration of young leaders and volunteers making a difference in the community, showcasing the incredible work being done to support and inspire young people.
Throughout the night, talented young people took to the stage to share their skills and creativity through inspiring performances. Alongside this, the event also celebrated organisations like My Wellbeing Space, whose contributions have had a positive and lasting impact within the local community. We are proud that our efforts have once again been acknowledged.
This award is a true reflection of the tireless dedication, compassion, and commitment of our team. It highlights the positive change our initiatives continue to bring and reinforces our mission to support those who need it most in Enfield and beyond.
A particularly special highlight was the opportunity to be photographed with the Mayor of Enfield, the first Black woman of Caribbean heritage to hold this historic role. Sharing this moment with her added a powerful layer of significance, reminding us of the importance of representation, leadership, and community pride.
We are grateful for this recognition and remain motivated to build on our work supporting local families, nurturing young people, and creating opportunities that strengthen our community.

Community Impact
Community Events
We have delivered three successful community events in collaboration with local community groups and stakeholders. These events not only promoted our activities but also allowed us to connect with new members and further strengthen community ties.
Showcase
In the summer of 2024, we launched a series of creative workshops at Enfield Youth and Family Hubs. This initiative was designed to empower young people by providing them with a safe, supportive space to learn, grow, and express themselves creatively. The young people had an amazing opportunity to showcase their work at an event at the Dugdale Arts Centre in October.
Broader Community Impact
The feedback from our participants has confirmed the significant positive impact of our work. Key outcomes include:
Improved Mental Health and Wellbeing: Many participants reported feeling a boost in their confidence, happiness, and overall mental health after engaging in our programs.
Fostering Connections: Our initiatives provided opportunities for individuals to meet new people, form meaningful relationships, and strengthen their sense of belonging.
Skill Development: Participants gained new skills in creative and collaborative activities, which they can continue to build upon in the future.
Creating Safe Spaces: By offering welcoming and inclusive environments with friendly and welcoming staff.
