Wellbeing Together

My Wellbeing Space is proud to launch Wellbeing Together, a new 12-week community wellbeing project designed by Angela Cousins to bring women and children together in a supportive, welcoming local space.

Hosted at Ponders End Youth and Family Hub, the project creates a safe, welcoming, and accessible space where local families can come together, build confidence, improve wellbeing, and strengthen community connections.

Each week, women can take part in gym, exercise, and boxing sessions suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are just starting your wellbeing journey or looking to build confidence and stay active. Boxing sessions are delivered by PowerBoxFitness in a positive environment that encourages women to prioritise their health and wellbeing.

At the same time, children aged 5+ can enjoy fun and engaging creative workshops including arts and crafts, vision boards, positive affirmations, stencilling, and basic sewing activities. These sessions help children develop creativity, confidence, self-expression, and friendships with other local children.

Women who prefer not to take part in exercise sessions are also welcome to join the creative workshops alongside their children, allowing families to enjoy quality time together while creating positive shared experiences.

By providing activities for both women and children in one place, Wellbeing Together helps remove one of the key barriers many local women face, finding time to focus on their own wellbeing while managing childcare responsibilities.
